Custom Floor Plans
Custom home designs, remodels, additions, and floor plan layouts — every plan includes a complete, construction-ready drawing set plus 3D renderings during the planning phase. Designed by a licensed GC who builds homes, so every plan is checked from a builder's perspective too.
Detailed Floor Plan Review
Already have a floor plan? If you own the rights to it, we'll review the design and provide professional recommendations to improve layout, flow, functionality, and livability. Plan modifications available.
Interior Selections
Complete finish selections for your home — flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, paint, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and more. You'll receive a personalized selection guide with product links and pricing, built to pair with your floor plan.
Interior Design Services
Personalized interior design for a single room or multiple spaces, including space planning, furniture layouts, finish and décor selections, mood boards, and curated product recommendations. Each design is tailored to create a cohesive, functional home that reflects your style and the way you live.

Review your completed design and receive the deliverables included with your selected service.
STEP 3 — FINAL REVIEW
For projects that include management services, Ashley coordinates materials, vendors, deliveries, and key design details.
STEP 4 — PROJECT COORDINATION
Final details are reviewed to ensure the completed project reflects the original design vision.
